Recruiting Resources offers a number of staffing solutions for temporary or permanent employment in a number of industries.


Direct Hire
This typically refers to candidates placed in permanent, full-time positions where the fee may be contingent on the successful placement of a candidate hired by the Corporate Client.

Contingency Search
In this case, the company provides Recruiting Resources with a detailed job description and their hiring requirements, and a fee agreement is then executed between Recruiting Resources and the company based on Recruiting Resources' standard agreement for their services based on candidates annual compensation. Recruiting Resources conducts regional and nationwide searches in all specializations.

Retained Search
Recruiting Resources search service is equally divided into three installments based on first years anticipated compensation for the position calculated at 33 1/3% fee. The initial retainer is due upon contract of the search and the remaining two installments are billed at 30 and 60 days respectively.
